A charming castle between Cannes and St Tropez

In my previous post, I explained to you that my partner and I were in Cannes for the movie festival and we discovered new wedding venues . So today I will describe the second venue we visited.
Ideally located within a thirty-minute from the Bay of Saint-Tropez and Cannes Croisette, this property is one thousand year-old.
Based on seven centuries of vine cultivation, it can be said of this castle that it is one of the most outstanding in Provence.
A row of magnificent old plane trees leads to the park and to a large pool from which the spring water runs towards the giant roots of the surrounding redwoods. In front of the Castle stand two gigantic 18th-century plane trees, as well as an oval pond surrounded by boxwood hedges in the French garden style.
The reception areas can accommodate 30 to 250 people indoors, and up to 1,000 people outdoors.
The cocktail party may be hosted in the romantic 12th-century cloister and then followed by a dinner in the beautiful Barrel Room, entirely renovated in the spring of 2011 – unless you prefer the bicentennial plane trees lane and the Harvest Room.
